Before we start working, please read this.
I take 100% upront payment or check information below no 10.1. I send updates at all stages of the process, so you can request changes up to 3 times during the sketching. After I start rendering, any changes will cost 50 usd2. I do not refund payment once I've started drawing3. I do not use AI in my arts and do not give permission to use my arts in AI4. You can not change, redraw, or otherwise modify arts after I send it to you without my consent5. All copyrights belong to me (copyrights and commercial rights are different things)6. You must tag me when you share art I frew for the first time; otherwise, it's up to you7. If you order a cover, please provide me with the spine and cover dimensions in cm8. If the cover idea is mine, you cannot transfer that idea to another artist for another design (if you paid for the idea, we can discuss it)9. You cannot print or sell arts and covers I drew if you do not have commercial license, you can pay for them when ordering arts (commercial license may already be included in the price of some commissions)10. If you project costs more than 3000 USD we can discuss 50/50% (50% before I start, 50% after I finish) please inform me about it via email [email protected]11. If you dont respond to my updates in 3 days, I will continue to draw without any changes or will stop drawing and start another project (continue your project when will have free time).12. If you bought commercial license you can print or sell cover or arts, but you cant print cover if you signed contract with publisher or book box or another company (only for indie authors), publisher or bookbox or other company cant use cover or arts without my permission (publisher or bookbox or another company must buy commercial license)
